Sales Overview
1. Subject
The provider processes personal data on behalf of the customer in connection with the use of Superpos.online.
This agreement becomes effective without a separate signature upon consent during the registration process.
2. Right to issue instructions
The provider processes data exclusively within the scope of the contractually agreed use of Superpos.online.
The customer has no further individual right to issue instructions.
3. Subcontracting relationships
The supplier is entitled to use subcontractors.
No separate approval or notification of the customer is required.
4. Technical and organizational measures
The provider takes appropriate measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.
5. Liability
Liability is governed exclusively by the terms of use of Superpos.online.
